Emily Todhunter began her career in 1988 as a specialist painter. Her first interior design commission was the New York nightclub Au Bar, in 1988. Subsequently she became well known in London for the design of fashionable clubs and restaurants.
In 1998 Kate Earle became a partner and Emily renamed the company Todhunter Earle Interiors. With the aim of being a broadly based design group, Kate and Emily have grown the company to a new dimension.
The Todhunter Earle team comprises:

Two architectural designers who produce hand drawings as well as CAD drawings

Four designers who work with Kate or Emily on any project

Two accountants
•
Three product designers who design fabric, wallpaper, lamps and rugs. Bespoke furniture is produced for Todhunter Earle clients or occasionally licenced.
